Merchant/Distributor Application Form

WeeBtoys, LLC sells only to retail stores, on-line businesses, and distributors. No requests for sales to the general public will be accepted.

Terms:

1) Actual Shipping charges will apply. We ship FedEx ground.

2) Orders are shipped the next day if paid for with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover and items are in stock.

3) With approval only, we will ship FedEx COD. If COD is ever refused we will need a valid reason why or we will not accept any future orders from your company.

4) All items not in stock will be back ordered and shipped when available.

5) Payment in advance required if you are paying by check. Once check clears, the order will be shipped promptly.

6) With approval only, well established accounts can be billed with the order. The invoice will be in the shipment and is due upon receipt of the shipment. We cannot extend 30 day credit at this time.
